Welcome to OnlineCentral.tools. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us for our "Pro" services, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or OnlineCentral.tools cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. We use a third-party payment processor to handle payments.

3. Fee Changes

OnlineCentral.tools, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

4. Use of Tools

The calculators and tools provided on OnlineCentral.tools are for informational purposes only. The results are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be considered financial or legal advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

• Usage Data: For Pro users, we may store the data you input into our calculators (e.g., saved mortgage scenarios) to provide the "save" and "compare" features. This data is linked to your account and is not shared publicly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our website and services.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our services.
• Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing purposes.
• Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions.

3. Cookies

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for our monthly subscription plans once a payment has been processed. All sales are considered final.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You are free to cancel your "Pro" subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to your account settings page or contact our customer support team for assistance.

3. Exceptions

We want you to be satisfied with our service. While our policy is no refunds, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances, such as a billing error on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

We do not provide refunds for lack of use or if you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
